When invoked to appear, the "Add/Remove system breaks" should be initialized to respond to up/down arrows to change number of bars.
A small thing but it would reduce needing to use the mouse. It is a small box for me and takes a bit of effort.

Right now, the keyboard focus is on the radio button by default, and I think for accessibility reasons it probably needs to remain that way - there needs to be a predictable hierarchy to how the keyboard navigation works in dialogs with multiple levels of controls like this. But pressing Tab moves tot he next field, as mentioned.
