Why the piano sound so low, in comparison with the other instruments of the orchestra

• Jul 30, 2020 - 04:09

If anyone can, I would like someone to fix that, and for the piano to sound a little louder, another thing that i dont like, is that some instruments of the bass clef, they sound louder than the treble clef instruments, that is unusual

Problems
1-The piano sound low
2-The instruments of the bass clef sound louder than the instruments of the treble clef

I think here often many instruments are playing the same melody, therefore it sounds very loud in comparison to the single piano. One idea may bee, adjust volume by using the mixer.

I arrange for concert band or big band, with singer. For the part of piano I have no problem by using mixer. But I often use piano sound for the solo singer, cause the "ooh-ahh" are not very ......realist. When I do that , piano volume is not enough strong for a solo against an orchestra. So, I double the part of singer (sound piano) and I rise up 1 octave the copy, so, I'm obliged to diminish the volume of these 2 staves in the mixer
