What is the most efficient way to create a repetitive snare drum exercise?

Hello all, I'm trying to create a snare drum exercise. It will have 256 measures, all of which are identical except for the accents which permutate. Every measure contains 2 beats of 16th notes, repeats, and identical sticking. Only the accents change. What is the most efficient way to construct this score? I thought I could create one complete measure containing all of the elements except for the sticking and then duplicate it 255 times. Then go through and place accents where I want. I have not been able to figure out how to do this though. Is it possible to copy all elements including sticking and repeats? Thanks in advance for any help!

Select what you want to replicate and use keyboard shortcut R (eplicate). Having replicated to produce 8 measures you can then select those 8 measures and replicate them again and so on. Or you can just wedge the R key down until you have enough.
