20 file download limit not properly resetting
My ability to download the daily 20 files was not restored today. I waited as the message told me how much time I had to wait until it reached 0 and then it just told me I had to wait another 24 hours. I reached out to email support, and they asked me to put my complaint here. I'm so frustrated that this is happening when I pay monthly for the service. I would never post an issue like this on a forum normally, but they literally asked me to do it in their canned response to the issue. I'm strongly considering unsubscribing entirely. I was looking forward to getting these files all day long. The file limit is already inappropriate in my opinion, but at least they should administer it fairly. This is frustrating.
