A few things happening
Once the Start Center pops out, it crashes the app. Hence, when I open the app itself, the app crashes but when I open a file, it does not.
Also the repeats and voltas are not working.
I am in MuseScore 3.5.0 and I am using a 64-bit computer.

Disable the start center, gets reported quite often with this new update, but is actually a rather old issue, see #275837: MuseScore crashes during start-up while displaying "Start center"
The repeats issue is known too (and indeed a 3.5 regression), see #308698: Continuous view stops repeats from working in playback, switch to page view, toggle play repeats
