Update problems with "pan score" ?

Just updated to 3.5.0.13199
When using "play repeats", "pan score" ignores the repeats. Score plays repeats properly but the shaded area that is associated with "pan" skips the repeats and gets to the end before the music stops. Does the same thing on more than one piece. Was working properly prior to the update.

Anyone else finding the same problem? Any solutions?
