All pop-up windows are too big for the screen. I can't see the buttons on the bottom of the window such as "OK". Tried zooming out and nothing changed.
Changing the scaling setting on my computer display settings worked for the pop-up boxes. Everything else is a little small, but it'll do. Thanks! (I updated to 3.5 after my comment and had the same issue)

try using the -D dpi commandline option
Or a different (smaller) scaling value in your display settings
