Coloring only part of a text to highlight it for educational or illustrative purposes
It could be a button, in the text bar, like bold or italics

But I could imagine that all elements of the text toolbar would be integrated inside the inspector and would work in the same way, also a future partly coloring.

Yes, since much has already migrated into the Inspector's window. There have been requests to highlight staves or measures and so on.
The main purpose is notation, playback is implemented and so it will be for teaching via MuseScore.
