Swing Affects Accent playback
I'm able to specify the velocity and length for accents via a modified instruments.xml file, but MuseScore ignores this when Swing is on. I have the accent set to 95% (length), but swung eighth notes (specifically the downbeats) are significantly shorter. It works as expected if I write the same rhythm with a triplet.
Why does Swing change articulation playback, and how can I disable it?

It's a recently-discovered bug having to do with the interaction between swing and single-note-dynamics I think.
