MIDI drop-down not populated with current settings?

Hi there,

OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (32-bit): 3.5.0.13199, revision: 43c5553

My IO settings are like this:

When I select a MIDI input/output devices, click OK and open the dialog again, the MIDI dropdowns are empty again.
