How to add a measure underneath your playing play measure like a split part A/B
Hey guy,s I’m just to make a A/B part for MuseScore drumline. How do I add another measure underneath for the B part? Like for example, when it comes to the parts. For instance, snare it should have the music written out but until 1 part of the music there’s 1 measure then the another measure underneath it for different players can play their appropriate part,

You need to make two different snare parts. When the part splits off, write the "B" music in the second snare part. When you are done, go to Format>Style, and check Hide Empty Staves Within Systems, and then below that, uncheck Don't Hide Empty Systems within First System. In page view, the second snare part will only appear when there is music in it.
Also, you can change the abbreviated staff names to "A" and "B" respectively.

You can also right click the staff for the B part, choose staff/part properties and check cutaway. This will make the staff appear only where it's needed and not have a bunch of empty measures on the system where the B part starts.
