broken style fields - chord positioning and create multimeasure rests

using:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.5.0.13199, revision: 43c5553

this is user interface issue, i guess connected with qt:
1. open 'format/style...'
2. check 'score - create multimeasure rests' and 'chord symbols - positioning' tabs - settings
3. they both contain broken fields - settings fields are so small that they are impossible to use/read/set

my preferences - theme:
icon width: 20px; icon height: 20px; ...; font size: 9;

i noticed this issue in previous versions of musescore (bow) too.
