Halving note lengths

Is there currently a way to select a group of different notes and halve the length of all of them/stretch them out? Like if I want to double the tempo and have it sound the same without manually re-entering every note?

I'm trying to edit this so that when the rest of the band kicks in in the song, the tempo is doubled so it's easier to count.
