Transpose option not appearing??

I just bought a £7.99 piece of sheet music of MuseScore, assuming it would let me transpose it, and yet that option is gone? FYI, it’s “It Roars” from Mean Girls. Quite expensive for something that doesn’t have that option. If someone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated
