Wrong multimeasure rest behavior when adding a repeat symbol

1. Create multi-measure rest spanning multiple staffs.
2. select one of the multimeasure rest.
3. double clic on the % repeat symbol to change the multimeasure rest
   => one staff with a multimeasure rest and one staff with a % symbol

I expected it would be the same as entering a new note: it creates a new measure and reduce the multimeasure rest by one.
