Orchestral Samples with MuseScore

I have some orchestral samples that are iTunes files, as well as some other samples to try out. How do I connect these to MuseScore? Or do I need to export the score to something else and attach the samples that way?

MuseScore use the SoundFont format (SF2), also the SFZ format. Do web searches on those terms (also see the Soundfont section of the Handbook) for more info on how to create these and some suggestions for which tools you can use to create them.
