How can I have one name between two instruments
In my case, i want '3 tromboni e tuba' between two staves. Split staves doesnt work here as the instruments are not the same. is it possible for that in musescore 3.0?

Well, you could still pretend them to be one. Or you'd need to resort to other dirty tricks, like having the instrument name starting with a couple empty lines

What Jojo suggests is what already happens with the horns in the templates. That's why their instrument name is between the staves.
