How do i make this???
I can't figure out what to do and how to do it/make the notes small and fast
I want it to look like the picture

Cadenzas like that are best entered using Insert mode. Once you get all of the notes entered you can make them small. Select them all (select the group and click notes in the inspector) then in the inspector check small in the Chord section. You will need to make any rests small separately.

That is one way but the How to... was created under version 2 and the updates to it only fix the menus and doesn't take into account insert mode in version 3 which is easier in my opinion.
