Repeat ad lib.

I would like to know if there is any way I can use "Repeat ad-lib." in my score.

Well, "ad lib." is short for "ad libitum", which is Latin for "at one's pleasure" or "as you desire", but how should MuseScore do that, how should it guess your desire?
It is this marking (which you could add as staff- or system text) and the conductor's will that will tell the musicians when to stop
Not with playback. Both of those images are possible though.
