Hello, I'm a musician and I've written a piece of music. I saved it with XML and loaded it with MuseScore. There are triplets in the piece of music. MuseScore does not recognize XML triplets, rather whole notes (chorale notes) are displayed. How can I convert them back into real triplets at MuseScore. Thank you for your help, Erhard Kaiser

To be clear: MuseScore definitely recognizes triplets when represented correctly as such in MusicXML, at least in any case I'm familiar with. it's possible the program you are using to create the MusicXML file, however, does not export them correctly. That's why we'd need to see the file in order to understand and assist better..
