Measures not syncing with Key Signature
I tried doing a quarter note that tied with a half note in the next measure and the keel signature is supposed to be 4/4 but somehow musescore made 2 doted half notes in the same measure

Please attach the score (.mscz file) so we can see what's happening. BTW, you mean the time signature rather than key signature.
