Open mscz file in ipad app
I have a file saved from verion 3.5 on my PC which I can open neither on my iPad Musescore app nor on my Android mobile phone. The error message is "Error on open file: requireNativeComponent "artshape" was not found in the uimanager". Is there a compatibilty issue related to versions? Maybe there is a "save as" an older version, but I havn't found that in the PC app.

File problem? Post the file - then someone can have a look, try it on their iPad etc. There might be an element in the file that needs a particular software component that is either lacking on your system or in the program in general.

I don't think it's a file problem. I get the same error with every file on an iPad Pro with iOS 14.2.

For issues with the mobile you'd need to go to musescore.com, like to https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-android/ and https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-ios/
Same problem. I did'nt have the problem with Musescore 2. A solution?
