Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. put repeat bars at the beginning and at the end of a measure
2. in the properties of the mesure, change the "play count" parameter at 4 (for instance)
The score displayed don't reflect the change. The measure is displayed as if it have to be repeated 2 times only.
I suggest to add an indication of the "play count" number (for instance "× 4" above the repeat bar that ended the measure).

Might even show this on screen only, similar to the - and + for irregular measures, not in the printout (or on screen if 'Show invisible' is deselected). And only if not 2.
Or gets added (like as a system text?) but set to invisible by default (as to not affect existing scores).
As such I second this request.
Relates to #299323: [EPIC] Issues with repeats and jumps
Maybe the next major version, MuseScore 4.0, might finally do away with that hard to detect measure property and make it a property of the end repeat barline, and as such available in Inspector (with a "Number of Repeats", a "Show" and a "Play Repeats" option).
In which case this issue here would relate to #296654: [EPIC] Requires MAJOR version bump
