Latest Muscescore upgrade (to version 3.5.2) issue with opening!

Hi there! I've recently upgraded to the above version. When I open the programme, it goes all the way to the blank score stage and promptly shuts down again! I then have to open a pre-existing (previously created) score and it will stay open. Then I select a new score. I'm running Windows 10. Thank you!
