No reverb on musescore playback

My score has adequate reverb during its composition. When it was uploaded there isn't a hint or reverb. What happened? How can I get it to playback in the manner in which it was composed? Also, how can one add reverb if at all. The uploaded file is my original with plenty of reverb.
