Copy/Paste Breaks.
A way to select/paste line/system breaks exactly where they are would save so much time when editing parts...
This would allow the user to, for example, easily copy/paste breaks in between parts without having to place them manually.

There is a long standing feature request for this at [#1107410. Perhaps after the inhouse team finishes getting 4.0 ready for release they can look into fulfilling some of the more requested features such as this that volunteers have not wanted to tackle. There is a plan in place for what they want in 4.0 and though it's not top secret all of it's not being publicized too much either.
Tantacrul and oktophonie have made a few posts about what they're working on but details aren't being revealed as much. In a few months version 4 will get to the point where some testing will reveal what we can expect to find when it released.
