I recommend MuseScore (MS) team to implement a simple function of transposing a score directly from the online html page/viewer (similarly to Sibelius Scorch, which changes mp3 and pdf in real-time, accordingly): this will surely bring much more functionality (and interactivity) to the web application and much more independence from the stand-alone application. Letting the user choose the clef for each track may also be a great update so that any instrumentist can rapidly read (and exercise) any score (in any key or clef) directly from online.
Additionally to the “Favorites”(/”Add to favorites”) list/function, a system of custom public/private playlists similar to the one used by Youtube (so that the user may save any score in any own public/private custom playlist) would also bring huge additional functionality to the MS platform/site.
