How to make pages equal with staves and spacing?
Some pages do not have equal staves, and they do not have same measurements as the next page. The staves are not pushed past to where it can't be equal. I've messed around with Grand Staff distance and space but none of it seems to do what I want it do. From the image attached I created blue lines as to where the staves connect. Now imagine that but all straight. How would I change it to that?

I also forgot to mention I want them all to space out equally to the bottom of the page, when I change the Grand Staff distance in Format>Style>Page it doesn't do that.

The space between staves varies depending on the contents of the staves. If you have ledger line below the RH and/or above the LH the space will likely increase to allow for the notes. Other things that will affect the spacing are text and dynamics. There needs to be space between the staves to make room for them.
In 3.6 (from what I've heard), you will have the ability to auto fill pages with staves. There is an algorithm that has be developed to make the staves on a page look proportionate, but asking for them to totally line up from one page to the next is not realistic, even in a score written only for piano as I've explained before. I've seen scores where you can only fit 4 piano staves on one page and 5 on the next. The page with 4 had a lot more things happening text and ledger line wise.

I think I figured out what I was trying to say, maybe this is a feature request of some sort. I want an algorithm that automatically does what Breaks and Spacers>Staff Spacers do. I've already manually made the staves line up but would be nice to have something like that.

As you are not reading across two pages for each line of music, why is identical spacing a requirement?

Not a requirement, it just makes it look a lot more organized.

I'll like my pages organised with equal stave spacing, (even if not technically required), and horizontal line-up across pages:
To achieve equal stave spacing I set the Min system distance = Max system distance:
and to line up across pages I use vertical spacers, (as per red arrow in top image):
If you only want line-up then just play with vertical spacers.

Grand Staff distance is for the space between the two staves of the grand staff. It's systems distance that controls the distance between one grand staff and the next. So, you would want to increase the minimum setting here to be as big as you need it, and possibly put page breaks where you want to balance the number of systems per page.
I would also observe, though, that really this is not something you would normally be trying to do. Published music very often allows this to vary.
The new 3.6 feature is really about something different, it's about ensemble scores, not solo piano, and adjusting the space between staves to fill out the page. MuseScore already fills out systems to fill the page.
If you continue to need help with this, please attach an actual score rather than just a picture, then we can assist better.
I just had the same problem. I wanted to compress the music so as to fit two pages as the third page only had one stave. I went to Page Settings and used the option to reduce the notes and the space in between the staves, and it worked, however the music on the second page now has wide gaps in between each stave while the front page has evenly spaced staves. Ideally the music should have been rearranged evenly on both pages. Otherwise, this was my first time using Musescore and I have had to Google a lot to navigate my way round it, so I have found all the comments on the various issues very useful.

An other option for you may be to select all or a range of measures and decrease layout stretch.

It seems like you have compressed things so that they fit on less than 2 pages. You can move staves to the second page by inserting a page break where you want the first page to end.
You say you used the option to reduce the notes and the space between the staves. Do you mean you used [Format]>[Page Settings] and changed the stave space under the "Scaling" heading or did you use [Format]>[Style]>[Page] and change the setting there? The first method is usually the simplest way to make a score fit on fewer pages. The second method can help but is more useful for tweaking the layout once you have the score fitted to the desired number of pages.

My guess is you simply have too many staves on the first page and not enough on the second, and 8that* is in turn why the spacing differs. Best to add a page break to even out the number of systems per page.
If that doesn't help, please attach your score so we can understand and assist better.
