Support and bug reports

So I have been using musescore for the past five years now, never had any problems with my scores or favorites, but somehow I have lost all my scores and favorites (10 in total) without having done anything since I last used one of them in the app. Any ideas why this happened or perhaps any solutions so I can get them back?
