Select all of the same notes, for example select all the F notes.
I don't write the music in equal temperament system, so i need to change the tuning of some notes to export the mp3 file and it takes a lot of my time to tuning all the notes. how can i change the tuning of all of the same notes? for example all the A notes.

First, try the plugin designed to do this automatically - https://musescore.org/en/project/tunings-and-temperaments. But if you want to do it manually for whatever reason, right-click a note, then Select / More / Same pitch (or same note name, depending on if you want to tune all octaves at once).
