correcting an error

I have written a song for piano and voice. I created a new score to add a cello line and also updated the lyrics here. When tranI cut and pasted the piano score, the last half of the song is one quarter beat behind. I can't seem to fiuire out how to amend (get rid of) this one beat and have it apply to the rest of the score. HELP!
