Create custom key signatures + Accidentals style.

The amendments I propose are as follows.

Natural(♮) and Sharp series(Sharp(♯), Double sharp(𝄪), Quarter tone sharp etc.) are written in the order of F-C-G-D-A-E-B, and flat series(flat(♭), Double flat(𝄫), Quarter tone flat etc.) are written in the order of B-E-A-D-G-C-F. When both the sharp and flat series are used at the same time, the flat series comes first. Natural always comes first.
