Can't purchase pro on iPad

Hey there!

I've tried out musescore and like it, and now want to purchase the pro version.

When I go to the purchase page I see the tantalising New Year Offer, but it has a permanent loading spinner and pushing buttons does nothing.

I imagine you'd want to know about this seeing as it may be costing you sales

But, to be clear: there is no pro version of MuseScore, the music notation software. So if that's what you've tried out and liked it, no need to also sign up for a pro version of any other services, like the score-sharing website musescore.com you are presumably referring to. You already have the full version of MuseScore - it's always 100% free.
