Changing Fretboard Baritone Ukulele Chords to Soprano, Concert and Tenor Ukulele Chords

I have managed to include the common chords for Baritone ukulele and also for Soprano, Concert and Tenor into two separate palettes. I have placed the Baritone chords on the current chart but I also want to play the same song in the same key but on my other ukuleles. The shapes will remain the same but the chord name will change. For example the chord shape on the fretboard for Gmaj on the Baritone will be a C in the other ukes.
The sheet will be printed for each group of instruments but showing the different chord names.
Question. Is this possible in the current version of MuseScore? Has anyone else faced this situation?
