Hi, How can I clearly see which voice a note is in? Can I have voice 2 display in a different color?
Also, can there be a 3rd voice added?

The different voices are highlighted in different colours when you select them, either individually or in a range selection. Default is voice 1 blue, voice 2 green, voice 3 red and voice 4 something else but I've never needed voice 4 and I don't remember what it looks like.
You can change those colours in Edit>Preferences.
Default is to only show toolbar buttons for voices 1 & 2. You can add buttons for the others from the settings "cog wheel" in the toolbar.

Ah, I see the colors. I was in edit mode.
I don't find Settings - Cog Wheel.
I find Preferences... No Cog Wheel.

There should be a cog wheel in the toolbar. See https://handbook.musescore.org/customization/toolbars-and-windows
