text even with page number
I would like to place a title line (different from the actual title token) even with the page number. I can't get it to work. Inserting a text frame won't go to that level, nor does a staff text entry.
Is this a "hard" boundary? Can it be over-ridden?
(Follow-up question: Can I set this text entry to appear on all pages (other than page 1, so that a single entry will cause it to appear on each page?)

Use the header

How do I access the header? On the first page, it's easy to see, but I don't know how to find it on following pages. I don't see it in the choice of frames, and clicking on the page number (which I assume is in that header) does nothing.
Thanks!

Sorry. I must have eaten a bowl of Stupid this morning. I went there (I had already been) but I don't know what to do from there. I tried typing my text into the center top field, but it didn't show up on the page. Will the header only take text from the Score Info window?

It'll take any text and, (via macros) tests from scopre properties and some other variables

I can’t get the Header that has the page number to show, so I can’t select it to add the text.

Go to Format / Style / Header & footer. In the Header section you have boxes for Left, Middle, and Right. If you hover your mouse over any of these boxes, you get a pop-up describing the codes to include specific information in the Header.
I typed "$P of $n" in the Left box and I typed "Title stuff" in the Middle box to get the following, immediately above the "Title Frame". You can see the light blue dashes that are the outline of the "Title Frame", just below my text.
Oh, almost forgot, I also removed the checkmark from Different odd/even pages and checked Show on first page.
Notice that I used "$P" rather than "$p" in the Left box. Lower case gives the page number except on the first page; upper case. on every page.

I'll try again. Thanks so much for putting up with me!
