Current soundfont in score and switching through soundfonts
My question is - if I have several soundfonts loaded in synthesizer the playback and export uses the one at the top of the list? So to change sounds from one font to other i simply need to use the arrows buttons to change the order on the list? (Im adding an image and as I assume in this case musescore will use "Fluid" for playback and export to wav?)

You mean all instruments from both loaded soundfonts should show on the list in mixer?

They do, in the order of your soundfonts (so first all sounds from the first soundfont, then all those from the next etc..)
