The update function of translations doesn't seem to work anymore

From terminal I get the error message: "QIODevice::read (QNetworkReplyHttpImpl): device not open".

Works for me (in the PortableApp, Windows 10)

Not with the AppImage, checked it several times (after a restart/ with a reset to factory settings,...)
Just checked it again and it worked again. Maybe the reason was on my computer. But I could also imagine that similar to the issues of failed downloading stuff via ressource manager somtimes the network-/server connection is broken for some systems, for whatever reasons (maybe a missing setting?).
