Option for multimeasure rests except at end of piece
Especially while transcribing music, it is very useful to have measures past where you've written as un-contracted rests even if you want rests contracted in general. Would it be easy to allow this?

You can exclude measures from multi-measure rests. That's at least a workaround
But easiest to simply not bother turning on mmrests until you're done. There's really no point to it otherwise.
