Add/Remove System Breaks: allow user to keep existing section breaks

I'd like to suggest a "Keep existing section breaks" option in the "Add System Breaks" dialog. Currently the dialog replaces all existing section breaks so the user has to reinstate them manually.

Actually a function called "Add/Remove System Breaks" should not touch on section breaks at all I'd call that a downright bug!
Not too sure about Page breaks though

If an option for that gets added, it should default to keep section breaks.
And probably default to not keep page breaks
