Which of them and for what MuseScore version?
For MuseScore 3 try https://musescore.org/en/project/new-retrograde or the 3.x version from https://musescore.org/project/retrograde

I found out now how to transfer the NewRetrograde file to plugins.
But it seems it doesn’t include rests
before or after the notes.
