I already know the "ghost note" method for ornaments with accidentals, such that, in order to achieve the effect of bar 1 in the file, I can use the workaround in bar 2. Then add accidental on the turn symbol and everything is okay.

But this time, I wanna do the effect of bar 3, and the "ghost note" won't work. If I still do that, both the D's would be sharp or both flat.

I know this is a relatively rare issue but very easy to recognize and play by human, so I wonder how to achieve that on computer?

PS: The real issue occurs on piano and I could have chosen to move one voice to the other clef. but the note in question is in a group of quavers that are on the clef as a whole, preventing me from doing so (or, due to another "well-known" issue, the beam will be missing).

MuseScore 4 will include a new playback system, so it's possible this will be implemented then. But meanwhile, unless you are volunteering to implement it, there isn't really anything to do, having submitted the issue is good.
