Not Vertically Aligning Staff

Hi, I am trying to format a part and I want the second line to be directly below the first line of music so that I can hole punch the parts without cutting off the second line. I also want to avoid the strange overlap of the lines. I haven't been able to figure out how to turn of this feature though!
