How enter third voice -- when all 3 voices are on the treble staff? (i.e., for solo guitar scores)
Having difficulty with rests when attempting to enter third voice on treble staff... Understand voice 1 is entered first, and presumably then voice 2 (bass/downstem voice, on treble staff for guitar) is entered second and voice 3 (middle voice) is then entered last? Or should voice 3 be entered after voice 1 or does it not matter?
I am hoping getting the order right may be part of the solution to my rest problem. I am finding it difficult to enter the middle voice as the musescore-allocated rests for this voice are not sufficient (do not add up to a full whole note rest).

The order is not important. Consider that right-clicking on a rest (Voice 2 or 3) all the similar items, allows you to delete them if not needed.

Please attach your score, or a portion of it, where you encounter such a problem. Enumerate the steps you are performing and what end result you hope to achieve.

Thanks. I went back and followed the suggested order of voice entry outlined in / implied by the voices section of the musescore 3 handbook — voice 1 first, then voice 2, then voice 3 — and this time it worked. (When all else fails, read the directions). Thanks to all who tried to help!
