Beams on quavers
It appears the default setting in 4/4 is to link quavers by beams in groups of 4, rather than 2. Is there a way to change this please?

I would also note, though, that beaming in 4/s is the standard for published music and actually pretty important for readabiiity, so I wouldn't be in a hurry to change it without good reason.
