Enable Continuous View mode, then scroll the score to the left. The names are displayed vertically, but _only_ in this mode.

I could get it to print that way.

I know of no native way in MS to do this. Lay them out vertically in a graphic editor and import them as graphics? Check if there's a feature request for it.
Continuous mode shows it this way to reduce the "blue header" size to a minimum.
