i need to make my score more readable

Hi everyone is there a tool in Musescore where i can apply to make the score more readable.. without changing original rhythms ..

You mean in terms of the notation of the rhythms? Yes, see Tools / Regroup Rhythms. It might not do everything perfectly, so you will still want to check things yourself - kind of like a spell/grammar checker - but it's a good start.
