Opening a palette tab moves the whole palette up

The issue is that when clicking on the "line" tab in the palette, the whole palette automatically slides down, becuse the palette is a bit too large for the screen. It is very annoying even if a ctrl+z fixes missclics.
The issue is shown in the gif bellow.

I agree, I'm not a big fan of having things move on me either. But there are some things you can do to minimize the effect of this. One is to widen the palette window so the Lines palette three columns wide and thus fits better. Another is to simply remove some of the lines you don't use much - they don't go away permanently, just get hidden behind that "More" button. You can also re-organize you palettes more significantly, creating custom palettes that contain your most-used symbols, moving commonly-used palettes closer together, etc.
