F# note?
I pulled a melody from my archives and decided to give it the Reggae touch.
I attached an intro(copy and paste.)
I added the F# key signature as there was none.
The first chord on the Intro. was G.
But I can't figure out why I have to sharpen notes to sound like F#.

I don't know why... but the key signature wasn't applied to the piano part.
If you reapply it, it should be fine.

Thank you, Sir.
When adding a key signature, be sure to apply it to the measure, not a single note. Otherwise you indeed get it attached to just that note, not to other staves.

I want to send that recording to a studio to make changes.
Can I send an MP3 or WAV......or some other form that I don't yet know

Yes. Export to mp3, wav, flac or ogg and send that. Not sure though a recording studio would be happy with either.

It is a home studio, not the professional stuff.
Midi worked.

Yep, my bet would have been on MIDI (professional or not), which isn't really a sound format.
