Only one music tab
On Musescore score creator it said Musescore.exe not responding and I resetted the program
then it was all blank and it said "Unnamed Score"
How can I change it back?

It isn't really clear what you mean, but it sounds like there was a crash? What do you mean by "resetted"?
When in doubt, reboot and then try to start MuseScore again.
